Deja Beauty Shop typically processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
It's important for you to know that orders placed during the weekend will typically be processed on Sunday and shipped out on Monday. This may include orders with expedited shipping methods as well. We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly, and we strive to fulfill this expectation to the best of our ability.

Shipping options
Deja Beauty Shop offers free shipping on qualifying orders (over $150NZD) in New Zealand. We currently ship with trusted carriers.

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or returns.

If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible—once a label is created, changes may not be possible.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipments are sent out Monday-Friday. During product launches or sales, holidays, processing may take longer.

Tracking & Delivery:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
**Refunds will not be issued on packages that are delayed by the carrier or unforseen instancese such as Postal strikes.

Deja Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
